Western blot: 1:1,000

Immunopreciptation: The antibody will immunoprecipitate 68% of all GABAA receptors in dodecylsulfate extracts of rat forebrains (150 µL) using 15 µg of antibody.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

MBP fusion protein from the cytosolic loop of rat GABAA receptor beta2 subunit.
